Terms of Service — Joseph Nwosu Consulting

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your participation in any services ("Services") provided by Joseph Nwosu, trading as Joseph Nwosu Consulting ("Consultant", "we", "us", "our"). By signing up for or using any of our Services, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Services Offered
We offer the following core services:
Discovery Call: Introductory session to understand your business and goals.
Development Sessions: Strategy workshops focused on identifying opportunities, refining your message, and launching campaigns.
Accelerate Sessions: Hands-on support to scale marketing, launch products, and build growth partnerships.
Investor Sessions: Pitch preparation, presentation coaching, and investor introductions.
5-Day GTM Workshop: A deep-dive into market strategy with a deliverable GTM blueprint.
GTM Implementation: Ongoing execution of your GTM strategy with your internal/external team.
1:1 Coaching Packages: Ongoing business coaching tailored to revenue growth.
Our aim is to help founders grow their business and reach up to £10m in sales through proven marketing, branding, and sales strategies.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
All prices quoted in this Terms of Service are correct as of 3rd April 2025 but are subject to change and do not invalidate the terms of this agreement.
Payment must be made in advance for all Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Coaching plans are billed monthly (Starter: £800/month, Growth: £1800/month).
The 5-Day GTM Workshop is £6000 upfront.
GTM Implementation starts from £7000/month and requires:
A 6-month minimum term, with a 3-month break clause.
A minimum monthly GTM ad/marketing budget of £10,000.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Coaching clients may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
The 5-Day GTM Workshop and Investor Sessions are non-refundable once booked.
For GTM Implementation, either party may end the engagement after the 3-month break clause with 30 days’ written notice.
Missed coaching sessions without 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
Raising disputes with your bank or card issuer does not constitute cancellation of services. All payments are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide timely access to necessary information, materials, and personnel.
Allocate appropriate budget and resources for implementation work.
Actively participate in all scheduled sessions and workshops.
Complete all assignments given to them in full and within the agreed timeframe.
Follow the cancellation process outlined in this document.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all non-public business information you share confidential. Similarly, you agree not to disclose or reproduce any of our proprietary frameworks, methods, or documents without written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and deliverables provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You are granted a non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal business use only.
8. Results Disclaimer
While we aim to help you grow your business and reach up to £10m in sales, individual results vary and depend on your implementation. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our liability under any circumstance shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the 3 months prior to any claim.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
